"Right away, it was easy to see that these two were meant for each other." Those were the words of the words of the best man as he toasted Annie and Sam at their wedding reception. Annie and Sam's relationship began when Annie made the big transition from England to Florida to be a nanny. They found they had more in common than just the country they lived in, so when Sam proposed over brownie making, Annie, of course, said yes.
Annie and Sam's wedding day was an relaxed celebration of two people vowing to spend their lives with each other, surrounded by warm, fun people-their families and friends.
Annie was purtified by the talented Giselle of GS Makeup Artistry CO.
These darling invitations? Yeah Annie's rad sister Faye made them. She's skilled like that.
Though it looks like Faye is about to throw an uppercut at Annie's jaw, she was actually saying "yes!" Kip Dynamite style.
Annie's gorgeous bouquet and florals were designed by Field of Flowers
It rained everyday the entire week before and even the morning of Annie and Sam's wedding. But miraculously, the rain held off for the rest of their day. In the words of Sam: "God smiled on us today, Annie." The two tied the knot at the enchanting tropical Sundy House in Delray Beach.
Kids, if you get married outdoors in the SoFlo, fans are a nice touch...just sayin'...
During the reception, I danced one song with Annie. It just so happened to be Van Morrison's "Brown Eyed Girl". How fitting. Annie, from one brown-eyed girl to another, you're beautiful, k? K.
The ceremony was followed by an amazing brunch and fun time of music and dancing.
This pretty lil cake was made by Shea's Bakery
The second guy from the right is Annie's dad. It was so much fun to watch him dance and laugh with his girls.
Annie and Sam thank you for being the most easy-going couple a girl could ask for. It was a pleasure to document your day, and to step into your lives for such a special time. All the bests to you crazy kids!
