Ashley: Just for Fun

So, finally here are more pictures from my shoot last friday. It was just an experimental afternoon. I also did some experimental edits on these pictures. Let me know what you think! Thanks again Ashley for being my little guinea pig!

Just look at her freckles! And at those completely unedited amazing eyes of hers!

We took a couple of Ashley in her "magic hat". It really is magic! At least that's what the lable says

Much thanks to this lovely girl Jennifer who was my "assisstant" for the day.

Candids with My Niece

This past weekend my niece stayed at our house. I took the time to capture so more up-to date photos of her. She is a complete goof I realized as I chased her around the house and the backyard with camera in hand. Oh and I also became a purist this weekend, changing all my photos to black and white. Not sure how long this phase will last but here are some of the shots I managed to capture:

See what I mean about her being a goof?

She LOVED my nerd glasses!

{That's all for now folks!}

Elena and Jordan

My sister Elena got engaged last month. Her (now) fiancee flew in and surprised with a proposal, and of course she said yes. They wanted engagement pictures done while he was here because if his crazy schedule, but unfortunately we did not manage to find time. However, I managed to snap a couple shots of them before the sun set completely on his last night here. These are NOT their formal engagement pictures, just a lil something to hold them over till the actually get them done. Here are a few of those shots:

This one cracks me up because they were both nervous about the car headed directly toward them, hence their nervous laughter seen here. As if I would really let them get run over...

So stay tuned for the real deal...probably months from now, and quite possibly not done by me, in the mean time hope you enjoy these. :D

Lynn and Sam Maternity Shoot

A couple of weeks ago Sam, Lynn, the baby bump and I set out for a maternity shoot. This was yet another session shot in Downtown, but I still love that place! They were both great to work with and I can't wait to see that baby girl of theirs who hopefully has Lynn's beautiful red hair!

And what would an Erica shoot be without a foot shot?

Thanks again Sam and Lynn. I wish you the very best with your lil baby girl!

Daniel: Senior Shoot

Daniel was the last of the emergency senior shoots that I did. I always get so nervous taking pictures of guys because it is completely different than taking pictures of girls. Daniel was a great sport as we roamed around searching for places to snap a few quick poses. Here are the results:

Thanks again Daniel!

Kristel: Senior Shoot

Kristel was the second last-minute senior shoot. We went out one afternoon and shot a few pictures so she could have one to put in the yearbook. She was such a sport walking around in her high heels and doing everything I asked her to do. Here are the results:

Thanks again Kristel!

Audrey: Senior Shoot

It's crunch time. For seniors that means getting a picture into the yearbook before it's sent off to be printed. I had a couple of procrastinators (ahem) come to me asking for a quick shoot to get a picture for the yearbook. Audrey was the first one that I did. We went out for about half an hour a shot a few poses. Here are the results.
