Cilla: Just for Fun

Wow! It's been two months to the day since I last updated. Since then I managed to bribe my good friend Cilla into letting me take pictures of her. She's always a willing subject and up for pretty much anything(as long as it will make her look cool :D). So we headed out one late afternoon and traisped around lumber yards, random fields,and store fronts in search of shooting locations. Here are some of the photos from that day:

Emma

Emma, a girl from up north, came down here for a missions trip. While she was here she had me do some senior pictures for her. Although she has another year left she already knows she wants to come to college down here. She loves Florida so much, which came in handy when we braved the heat for this session. We went to several different locations around town in the heat of the day but she never complained once and was always ready to flash that beautiful smile of hers.

Eric

Eric is the younger brother of a good friend of mine, so when he came down a few weeks ago to visit, it provided the perfect opportunity to take pictures. Eric just graduated from 8th grade and turned 14.We ran out to a nearby church courtyard to grab a few portraits to commemorate these milestones.

Happy Independence Day!!

Happy Fourth of July!! What are your plans for today? I'm pretty excited about seeing fireworks, myself. However you celebrate freedom I hope it's grand!

Charlene: Father's Day Shoot

About a month ago Charlene asked me to take pictures of her for her husband for Father's Day. I was more than happy to oblige. Charlene is not only a wife but also the beautiful mother of two boys.(Check out her blog here:http://charlenemomof2.blogspot.com/) We went to downtown Stuart, a place I feel provides new opportunities everytime I go there. Viv and Autumn

Last week I dragged some more of my ever so willing friends out into the sweltering Florida heat for a"just for fun" photo shoot. Viv was visiting from Cali so when I begged her for a photo shoot before she left, she agreed, if only she could bring her friend Autumn ( Autumn: Senior Session). These girls were so much fun to work with, and even though it felt like the hottest day of the year, they worked it.

It was not struggle at all to get genuine laughs from these girls. They really have fun together.

Viv is finishing up high school right now, so we took a few seniory portraits of her.

I have been dying to shoot in this little alley filled with old tires, simply just forever. When I suggested it to these girls, they were completely up to it!
