Internet: meet Carrie.

A couple of decades ago, Carrie was one of my pre-school teachers and still continues to teach pre-school to this day. I have her to thank for my impeccable ability to color inside the lines and successfully count to 10. So when she asked to take some pictures for her, I agreed, thinking it was the least I could do in return.

Carrie has the most lovely blue eyes. I love how they are sparkling in this photo.

We went down to the beach to end our session. Though it's common to showcase the water, I love the tall grasses that surround the beach. They remind me of a wheat field.

I love how the blues from the water compliment her blue eyes perfectly.
