One year for Christmas I gave my dad a hammer and sandpaper as a gift. Sandpaper people!! In my defense I was under the age of 10 at the time and my budget was limited to Dollar Tree shopping. My dad, being the man that he is, received the gift with graciousness that one can muster when receiving sandpaper. I keep telling my self sweet little reassuring thoughts like "it's the thought that counts" and "it's more blessed to give than receive"...right?....Right?
